Refund policy

We hope you love your blanket. Because each one is woven to order, we’re unable to take returns for a change of mind or a design or size selected by mistake.

If yours arrives damaged, has a manufacturing issue, or isn’t what you ordered, please email help.patsylovesjesus@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few clear photos. We’ll look into it and make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate, at no extra cost to you.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please write to us so we can help track it down. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected.
